Thanks to our broad network of manufacturers and suppliers, we are completely independent of specific manufacturing processes and procurement sources.
We weigh up all manufacturing options, bring in the product specialisation of our partner companies and select the best option for you - in every respect. This not only offers you the greatest possible flexibility, but also a clear cost advantage compared to other suppliers - regardless of whether you need a single injection moulded part, small or medium quantities or large series of moulded parts.

What specifications need to be met? Are certain burr-free criteria required or does your moulded part need to be supplied dust-free or in ESD packaging? These are just a few of the many possible requirements that our customers place on the delivery of their injection moulded parts. As we have been supplying moulded parts to customers from every conceivable industry for more than 50 years, we know exactly what is important before, during and after production and are always on hand to support you with this expertise.

Further information
Rubber injection moulded parts that fulfil tolerance class M1 (very fine) require
- high-precision moulds with few nests (cavities) and
- reproducible process parameters in the injection moulding process.
For the production of injection-moulded rubber parts with tolerance class M2 (fine) are required:
- Precisely manufactured moulds that allow a larger number of nests (cavities)
- Reproducible process parameters in the injection moulding or pressing process
No special requirements need to be taken into account for the production of injection moulded parts made of rubber and sponge rubber with tolerance class M3. The standard production facilities and moulds are perfectly adequate for meeting the tolerances.
This tolerance class is hardly used any more. The requirements for dimensional accuracy have increased over the years.
