You need moulded parts or injection moulded parts and you know that there are no simple standard solutions. This is because installation space, geometry, load and function vary from project to project. What you need is a solution that fits perfectly. Technical. Practical. And within your timeframe.

Some parts dampen, others guide, seal or protect – as buffers, cable grommets, bellows, sealing elements or housing parts. What they all have in common is that they have a specific task. This makes it all the more important that the material, shape and processing are exactly right.

Whether you need 2K moulded parts with combined material properties, function-oriented prototypes or injection-moulded series components made of EPDM, silicone, TPE, PVC or technical plastics, you need someone who understands your requirements and thinks along with you from a technical perspective. Because you know that the better the fit, process and planning, the smoother your project will run.

Precise moulded parts, suitable materials, practical solutions – from KREMER

Moulded parts made of rubber, plastic or elastomers – at KREMER, you get components that are precisely tailored to your application in terms of function, material and processing. Whether as individual parts, series or 2K injection moulded parts with combined material properties: The decisive factor is that everything works in operation – mechanically, chemically and organisationally.

We can provide you with:

And if you would like to check the fit, function and feel of your moulded parts or injection moulded parts before production, we can support you with rapid prototyping – whether by 3D printing, SLS, stereolithography or vacuum casting.

We manufacture the prototypes in silicone-like materials with Shore 35 or Shore 65 – directly according to your CAD data. We can also digitise existing samples using 3D laser scanning if no CAD data is available. This gives you clarity quickly – and allows you to make a confident decision.

Excellent moulded parts start with the right questions

Anyone responsible for moulded parts or injection moulded parts knows that it is not just a question of whether something is feasible. It is also important that it actually works later on – under real conditions. Factors such as media contact, tolerances, temperature or friction come into play here. And sometimes even a small geometric adjustment can make all the difference.

That's why our support for you doesn't start with production: we listen, ask specific questions and think along with you – both technically and economically:

  • What loads will it be subjected to?
  • How tight is the installation space?
  • Which standards must be met?
  • In what environment will the moulded part be used?

Questions like these are incorporated into the design of your product at an early stage. This gives you the clarity you need to make good decisions early on. And you can rely on a moulded part that not only impresses in terms of design, but also in operation.

Make the right decision – for moulded parts that work

You know where you stand early on. You can plan your processes. Your moulded parts arrive on time and perform their task reliably. The material, geometry and fit are right – no reworking, no delays. Your moulded part works exactly as planned in use. And best of all, you can rely on your decision. Because everything makes sense – technically, in terms of scheduling and in terms of cooperation.

So why not request your moulded parts or injection moulded parts from KREMER now? Let's talk about what your moulded part needs to do. You will receive prompt, detailed feedback or a concrete offer. Our team is just an email or phone call away!

Further information

Injection moulded rubber parts to DIN 3302-1 M1 (very fine)

Rubber injection moulded parts that fulfil tolerance class M1 (very fine) require

  • high-precision moulds with few nests (cavities) and
  • reproducible process parameters in the injection moulding process.
Injection moulded rubber parts to DIN 3302-1 M2 (fine)

For the production of injection-moulded rubber parts with tolerance class M2 (fine) are required:

  • Precisely manufactured moulds that allow a larger number of nests (cavities)
  • Reproducible process parameters in the injection moulding or pressing process
Injection moulded rubber parts to DIN 3302-1 M3 (medium)

No special requirements need to be taken into account for the production of injection moulded parts made of rubber and sponge rubber with tolerance class M3. The standard production facilities and moulds are perfectly adequate for meeting the tolerances.

Injection moulded rubber parts to DIN 3302-1 M4 (coarse)

This tolerance class is hardly used any more. The requirements for dimensional accuracy have increased over the years.
