Assemblies: An all-round service

KREMER develops, produces, procures and sells technical series parts made of rubber, plastic and thermoplastic elastomers (TPE). It therefore makes sense to take over the assembly of the individual parts into complete assemblies. Our contribution goes beyond simply assembling the individual parts. We produce individual parts, procure additional parts, assemble them into a complete functional unit and dispatch them worldwide. The logical consequence of supplier reduction, service and cost thinking on the part of our customers.

The advantages of supplying complex assemblies or simpler assembly parts are obvious: reduced logistical effort and lower procurement and internal process costs for the customer.

As a partner, KREMER carries out the component assembly of this stylish and very useful product with the *Made in Germany* label for delivery to wholesalers.

The number of individual components in an assembly can vary greatly and is primarily dependent on its complexity. As a rule, the manufacturer of the product with the highest value-added share also takes over the process of assembly production. Parts from KREMER often take on the sealing function. Purchased parts from other materials and manufacturers, such as aluminium die-cast parts, extruded parts, sheet metal and bent parts, complete the assemblies as required. At the end of the value chain, the products are packaged ready for sale and then delivered on time.

As a member of a strong group of companies such as REIFF, many standard catalog parts can also be purchased "in-house".

By using very good supplier relationships - both for materials and for individual parts - quality and costs are in a very good relationship. Already at the Prototype production​​​​​​​ costs can be reduced through the use of rapid prototyping.
