Different locations

Variety guaranteed: in addition to your place of work in Wächtersbach, you will also be working at the head office in Reutlingen. Of course, meals on site and overnight accommodation are included. At the head office, you will gain an insight into the work of our parent company REIFF Technische Produkte GmbH , so that you can gain as much experience as possible during the three-year training.

technical equipment

We will provide you with a notebook at the company and at the vocational school for the duration of your training. There you can save everything, complete your tasks for the vocational school and structure and organize yourself.

special payments

As a voluntary special payment, you will receive what is known as holiday pay during your training. Details of this can be found in your employment contract.

retirement provision

KREMER provides you with a company pension plan. This means that the employer builds up a supplementary pension. We would be happy to tell you in detail what this means for you during your interview.

What qualifications should I bring with me?

Basically, we expect good academic performance. In addition, you should have a sense of responsibility, flexibility and a high level of team spirit.

Regardless of the "perfect CV":
You as a person are the focus of our interviews. If you convince us with your very individual style, your commitment and your ambition that you belong in the KREMER team, one or two school grades that could be improved won't matter.

No, we treat all applications equally. If you have any questions about the training, we will of course be happy to answer them over the phone.

When should I apply for an apprenticeship?

We don't have a deadline for applications! However, the sooner you apply, the higher your chances of getting one of the vacancies in our KREMER trainee team.

It’s best not to hesitate for long!

How does the application process work?

After we receive your application, it can take up to 14 days for you to hear back from us. If you are shortlisted, you will receive an invitation to an interview. Acceptance or rejection will usually be made within the next one or two days.
