KREMER from the ceramics town of Wächtersbach has been producing locking elements (so-called plastic mold locks) for the ceramics, porcelain and sanitaryware industries since 1965. The precision plastic mold locks are successfully used in foundries, as well as in model making and in the leisure sector for the secure closing of casting molds and plaster molds.
Consistent accuracy of fit and a pull-out protection for the pair of Mold locks guarantee the desired tight fit in the mold.
Mother molds, pattern equipment and working molds can be made smaller due to the small installation dimensions of the mold locks.

Plastic molded locks with anti-rotation protection
The plastic locks/mould locks for plaster casting moulds in product group 1 are equipped with an anti-twist device. We distinguish between four sizes.
