With O-rings, you must be able to rely 100 per cent on the fact that the sealing function is guaranteed when used correctly, even under the most difficult environmental conditions. This is because both product quality and process reliability in your company must be guaranteed at all times. Your demands on the processing and material quality of O-rings are correspondingly high. We at KREMER are therefore very demanding when selecting our O-ring suppliers.
Do you need O-rings with approvals for special applications, e.g. for food (FDA, BfR), drinking water (KTW, W270, WRAS, NSF) or gas (DVGW EN 549, EN 682)? We can procure these for you and also take into account restricted tolerances of the inner diameter or cord thickness. KREMER is also the right partner if you need specific O-ring coatings as an assembly aid or permanent sliding coating, or if you need O-rings that can be assembled fully automatically.
Our precision-manufactured O-rings are based on the ISO 3601-1 and the old DIN 3771 Part 4 standards, which define the tolerances for O-ring dimensions. On request, we can subject the O-rings to a laser-controlled hardness test in accordance with IRHD.
