With our Customer Service Centre (KSC), we provide a complete, transparent and password-protected overview of the status of our customers' orders. Traffic light colours facilitate quick orientation. Service emails provide information about possible delays. The time management benefits for dispatchers and purchasers registered in the KSC are undisputed.

In our customer service centre KSC you can view the details of your orders with all the important information and also receive information on

  • the availability of goods in the event of unexpected order peaks and
  • for parcel tracking.

The advantages of the KSC at a glance

  • You can view information on all your current and completed orders any day of the week, any time and anywhere.
  • You can see at a glance whether your order is on schedule or whether there may be delays in delivery.
  • Should there be any deviations, we will also tell you the reason. An automated e-mail function informs you promptly about status changes as soon as these affect the delivery date.
  • This password-protected area is reserved for employees of our existing customers.
  • Activated users of the Customer Service Centre can access the KSC via their e-mail address and password in the login area.

The password is available on request for interested contact persons from our customers' purchasing and scheduling departments. Fill in the few details as a first-time registrant. You will be smartly managed by the KSC.

How can I use the KSC for myself?

In the following video, we would like to briefly explain how our customer service centre works. New customers will receive instructions on how to quickly create an account and find their way around the KSC.

The traffic light system gives you an overview of all completed, open and pending orders and the current status at all times, including available stock quantities of the desired product.

The KREMER calculation programmes allow you to calculate the parameters of your application quickly and precisely. Because O-rings, moulded parts or rubber profiles can only function optimally if the dimensions are correct. With just a few clicks, you can carry out installation and tolerance calculations with the KREMER calculation programmes.
