Order PVC end caps directly from the experts
The end caps made of soft PVC from Krevosol ® (Plastisol) produced by the manufacturer using the dipping process are available in a hardness of 68 Shore A as standard. They are ideal for applications where there is no pressure load due to weight, as they are less pressure-resistant than injection-molded plastic caps. They are ideal for enclosing surfaces that require protection, such as drills and milling cutters, or are also used as pipe caps to seal round, square or rectangular pipes.
With self-tapping screws or semi-finished products such as profiles or rods, the PVC end caps also offer protection against injury and damage. We recommend selecting round end caps with at least 0.5 to 1 mm smaller dimensions. Square caps are produced with standard tools that are perfectly matched to the standardized rectangular steels and tubes, are easy to install and are securely fastened. Thanks to their flexibility, the caps can also be fitted undersized, for example via a pipe or an external thread.
