When we can use our expertise to design and relieve you of a problem in the process, that's what we like to get up for every morning. Every year, we produce numerous in-house creations, i.e. drawing parts that we have created from scratch together with you. Together with you, we work on product development - together with you, we want to achieve the ultimate.
KREMER provides you with significant support in technical feasibility. Specially manufactured molded parts, in a wide variety of geometries, made from one or more components, which deliver valuable results for the production phase as early as the prototype development stage, are components of your new products.

Door opener hook with scratch protection
On the subject of "neue Produkte zur Sicherheit in der Corona-Krise" KREMER is at the forefront. The "unspread" multi-tool from a Munich start-up is supplied by KREMER with Krevosol® 1649 coated. The material is highly resistant to disinfectants, phthalate-free and biocompatible.
The product offers an environmentally friendly alternative to hygiene sprays and disposable wipes and can be used in a variety of ways. Coating metal parts is one of KREMER's core competencies!

Cooking consumes a lot of energy. Vitamins suffer if cooking is too hot. The pot with the leftovers barely fits in the fridge. Thanks to the silicone seals from KREMER, energy-saving and gentle cooking is possible. With the help of innovative pot lids, food is prepared gently and preserves nutrients and can be stored in the pot.
KREMER supplies the cover, the sealing ring and the lid lock made of silicone.
URIMAT - Saving water and protecting the environment
URIMAT also uses molded parts from KREMER. The Swiss market leader for waterless urinals uses complete assemblies from KREMER.

URIMAT and KREMER worked closely together in the development and design of the new TRAP siphon (odorless closure). KREMER procures all the individual parts and assembles the complete assembly. Thanks to rapid prototyping, the molded parts could be developed precisely and quickly. In addition, the components are kept in stock, which has a significant impact on delivery times.
The jointly developed system has proven itself on the market and is very successful.
3D laser scanning of prototypes and series products
With our 3D laser scanner, we can digitally capture the geometry of sample parts provided using bundled light beams. After the scan, the customer product data is available as an STL file. These can be transferred directly to our 3D printer for the production of printed prototypes. The CAD data for the construction of the series tool can be derived from the STL data set of the product. For the product that is later manufactured from series tools, we can compare the data determined from the scan directly with the underlying CAD data. The data is also used to create measurement reports and initial sample test reports. Find out more in our video!
