Static sealing systems

Static sealing systems include molded parts , O-rings and flat gaskets (preformed gaskets (PG)) , which are manufactured using injection molding, punching or water jet cutting processes.

No liability is accepted for seals on the components; tightness is achieved by pressing in the installation situation. Materials: all elastomers.

The following distinctions are made:

• Freely applied gasket, wet installation Formed-In-Place-Gasket (FIPG)
• Freely applied gasket, dry installation Cured-In-Place-Gasket (CIPG)
• Moulded-In-Place- Gasket
• Formed-In-Place Foamed Gasket (FIPFG)
• Cured-In-Place Compressible Gasket
• Injected-In-Place-Gasket
