More serenity in everyday life: resilience training at KREMER

The TüV Nord Akademie organised a resilience training course with KREMER employees.

High demands at work, lots of deadlines, constant availability - our everyday working life is characterised by potentially stressful situations that we have to deal with. We at KREMER are aware of this and therefore support our colleagues with resilience training via the TüV Nord Akademie.

What does resilience mean?

Stress is omnipresent at work and in our private lives and has an impact on our well-being. The term resilience stands for psychological resistance to stress, crises and setbacks. People who are "resilient" can cope with stress and pressure more easily. Resilient" people cope with difficult times more successfully and emerge from them stronger and with renewed motivation.

Resilience training at KREMER

In the TüV Nord Akademie's resilience training programme, our employees learn strategies that enable them to remain resilient in pressure situations, keep calm and deal constructively with the circumstances. Methods and tools help them to improve their own self-awareness, react more calmly to stressful situations and activate their own competences.

After completing the training, the participants received a certificate from TÜV Nord Akademie. "Our first resilience training course was a complete success. Our employees were given useful exercises on how they can strengthen and develop their personal resilience in everyday life," says Gregor Hämel, Managing Director of KREMER.
