Over the next few weeks, we will once again be able to enjoy the colourful leaves on the trees, heralding the arrival of autumn. However, when the trees finally become bare, many leaves end up in the gutter, threatening to block it, much to the annoyance of homeowners. A leaf catcher is an ideal solution for keeping the gutter free of leaves and small branches. And the little helper is also sustainable, as it keeps the rainwater clean, allowing it to run off and be collected for further use.

We manufacture ABS leaf catchers using the injection moulding process. PVC moulded parts are hard-wearing and are ideal for series production. The weather resistance and durability of the material are also important for leaf catchers, as the product is exposed to strong temperature fluctuations all year round in outdoor areas and is subjected to additional stress due to the flow of water. For this reason, a mixture of ABS and PP was chosen for the injection moulding process. The moulded part is perfectly complemented by an EPDM seal, another very durable material that is also highly resistant to heat and weathering. So nothing stands in the way of colourful autumn fun!
