Plastic seal for honey spout
For the Carl Fritz company, KREMER supplies die-cut plastic seals made of EPE for the pinch tap cover/honey spout.
Carl Fritz Imkertechnik GmbH & Co. KG from Mellrichstadt is an internationally active company that manufactures high-quality equipment for hobby and professional beekeepers. Squeeze taps are used in beekeepers' filling containers to precisely extract the honey and fill it into jars.
Food-safe sealing materials
KREMER has produced a customised seal for the Carl Fritz pinch taps. The flat gasket for the pinch tap cover/honey spout, which is produced using a punching tool, is made of EPE (expanded polyethylene with a density of 350 kg/m³) in a thickness of 2 mm.
The seal in the colour white is LPDE laminated on both sides (sliding coating). The seal is also self-adhesive on one side to aid installation.
