EPDM - so that photovoltaic systems can be installed on your roof
The demand for photovoltaic systems is increasing. The most important components for the construction of a PV roof: a sunny roof surface, rail sets, solar panels, cabling and laminate clamps. Rubber profile sections for the laminate clamps are essential for safe installation of the photovoltaic system.
KREMER produces rubber pads for laminate clamps and module centre clamps according to customer drawings. The pads not only have to be flexible, but above all they must be able to withstand permanent UV radiation. This is why we manufacture the rubber pads from UV and weather-resistant EPDM of our own brand Krevolan®, which is also used in sealing profiles for glass façades of skyscrapers.
Tightest tolerances possible
With extrusion and cutting systems, combined with precise quality specifications, we produce rubber profile sections in various sizes and lengths with the tightest tolerances. Our process-reliable cutting machines guarantee millimetre-precise work - we can easily meet the required length tolerances for laminate and module centre clamps. Material quality and end products are subject to strict quality and environmental management.
