I am delighted to introduce myself today as the new Managing Director at KREMER. Many of you may already know me, as KREMER has accompanied me on my professional journey since 2014.
My path at KREMER began with an internship and a subsequent vocational preparation year (BVJ) - from the ground up, so to speak. From 2015 to 2018, I completed a dual study programme in business administration with a focus on retail and services. During this time, I was able to familiarise myself with our parent company REIFF in three two-week assignments and immediately found myself in the group of companies.
After completing my studies, I joined KREMER as a controller, where I compiled figures, data, facts and statistics that served as the basis for important management decisions. From 2020, I worked closely with the long-serving Managing Director Gregor Hämel as an assistant to the management. During this time, I began to manage projects independently.
From July 2021 to May 2022, I worked at REIFF in Reutlingen as a management consultant. My tasks included preparing, analysing and researching decision-making bases for the management and managing various projects. In June 2022, I returned to KREMER as a management consultant with new experience. In March 2023, I was granted power of attorney for KREMER as well as personnel responsibility and have since been able to prepare intensively for my new role as Managing Director.
My professional career is inextricably linked to KREMER, and thanks to my many years of experience, I not only feel that I am in good hands in the world of KREMER, but above all that I have arrived. It is important to me to communicate with you and my colleagues transparently and on an equal footing. I plan to continue the good customer relations in the tradition of my predecessor Gregor Hämel and to move into the future together with you and the entire KREMER company.
Almost at the same time as my new role as Managing Director, I also became a father - an event that not only changed my life, but also enriched it and made me realise how important it is to look to the future.
