KREMER manufactures seals for pipeline construction especially for biogas plants. But we also supply products for other "bio" companies.

Renewable energies from a single source: We have developed seals for pipework construction in biogas plants for a company that offers the planning and construction of biogas, wind power and photovoltaic plants.

Flange gaskets made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) in the colour virginal white with various dimensions (OD Ø 107 to 720 mm, thickness 2-3 mm) are used. Flange gaskets are ideal for pipes that transport gaseous media and contribute significantly to the safety of the system. PTFE is characterised by good sliding properties, low wear and high temperature resistance (-200 °C to +260 °C).

We also supply U-profiles (35/39 x 30 mm) made of ethylene propylene diene rubber (EPDM). The U-profiles serve as protection to secure a foil in front of the trapezoidal sheet. Seals are indispensable, especially in areas where scarce resources are involved, such as gas.

We also support other companies that manufacture sustainable products with our solutions. For a service provider for sustainable parts cleaning, we manufacture sealing strips/blanks in various dimensions, primarily from the EPDM foam Nitto 686 Sealer. We are also active in the field of research and development: we supply O-rings in FFKM/Krevolast S8HT3400 for a research institute specialising in solar energy and hydrogen technologies.
