With our Customer Service Centre (KSC), we make our order processing transparent for you. You receive information about the status of your KREMER orders at all times.

The core of the KSC is the status enquiry of your orders with all important information
- on the processing status,
- the availability of the goods and
- for parcel tracking.
Order tracking (password-protected area) is at the heart of our customer service centre. We want to make it as easy as possible for you as a buyer and planner. No waiting time on the phone, no waiting time for an e-mail enquiry.
- You can view information on all your current and completed orders any day of the week, any time and anywhere.
- You can see at a glance whether your order is on schedule or whether there may be delays in delivery.
- Should there be any deviations, we will also tell you the reason. An automated e-mail function informs you and other persons authorised by you promptly about status changes as soon as these affect the delivery date.
- This password-protected area is reserved for employees of our existing customers. Registration is only necessary if you are not yet listed. You can find out whether you are already listed or whether you need to register with just a few clicks in the Customer Service Centre (KSC).
